No Refunds!
Request for store credit can be made within 3 days from the delivery date of your order. Requests after 3 days from the delivery date will be denied. Returned merchandise must be in the original packaging with all tags attached and no signs of smell or wear. Items that show any sign of wear will be denied and returned back to the customer, no exceptions!
If an order cancellation is necessary, a request must be approved before any order can be cancelled.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our requirements including any signs of odor and wear.
Shipping fees are not refundable.
Christylzs team inspects all items before shipping. So damaged merchandise is extremely unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or any type of odor, and if the item do not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.
Returns for store credit may incur a 15% restocking fee.
Any merchandise claims for damage must be made within 3 days upon receipt of merchandise and all items returned for credit must be in the original packaging with all parts included.
