Shipping policy

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame being published, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. In the case of entering an incorrect shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of when the order was placed. We will do our best to fulfill you request and change the address. If we are unable to do so, Christylzs do not take responsibility for the incorrect information that was entered by the customer.
 
Shipping fees are non-refundable. 
 
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must follow up with the United States Postal Service. If you refuse any shipments, you will be held liable for the original shipping charges. Christylzs is not responsible for packages that's in a complete delivery status.   

Standard shipping can take 3-5 business days to arrive once shipped. This is not a guarantee, and doesn't include weekends or holidays.         

All orders placed within the US, will be shipped via USPS.
